UK Soccershop Review – Great Customer Service

I have found the whole shopping process very easy and quick with UKSoccershop with their customer service team being a great help allowing me to make sure I got the right product the first time.

I was unsure of sizing and I wasn’t sure of the difference between European shirt printing and Premiership shirt printing but a quick communication with the UKSoccershop customer service team enabled me to iron out all the problems and I got my shirt delivered within a week exactly as I needed it.

UKSoccershop did all the y could to make the process simple and easy for me and I know where I will be buying from again.

UKSoccershop Review – Real Madrid Mini Kit Sizes Unclear

I ordered the size of Real Madrid 3rd mini kit corresponding to the size chart on UKSoccershop only to receive the incorrect size. I was later informed the sizes were different and specified on the product page. This did turn out to be the case but it was not very obvious and it was not made clear to me at any point that the sizes would not be as advised on the stocklist.

Although I eventually got the size I needed it cost me an extra return shipping and shipping to send it back to me again as well as a degree on inconvenience. I will be taking much more care before I order again although I must admit the exchange was processed very quickly by UKSoccershop.

UK Soccer Shop Review – Great Product Range

I like to buy football shirts from clubs around the world that aren’t necessarily the biggest names in football or their shirts and not commonly seen. UKSoccershop has a massive range of soccer jerseys that I haven never seen available at any other online retailer and I regularly buy from the store.

My latest purchase was an Everton de Chile away shirt which it is safe to say none of the guys at fives had seen before!

I have never known an online store to deliver as quickly as UKSoccershop! I placed my order last Tuesday evening and received the parcel Thursday morning!

I have been very impressed with both the product range that UKSoccershop have onsite and the speed and efficiency of their service. Keep up the good work!

UK Soccer Shop Review – Delayed Delivery

UKSoccershop advertised the new France shirts with printing on their site with nor sign that there was a longer delivery period on these as they were new shirts and I waited nearly a month for my shirt.

There was a simple explanation but UKSoccershop never informed me until I asked which was then too late for me as I was giving the shirt as a present.

Since the incident UKSoccershop have been very co-operative and done all they could to help me but if they had just given me the information when I ordered then it could all have been avoided.

UKSoccershop Review – Socks Missing From Order

I placed an order for a full Liverpool away kit but when it arrived the socks were missing. I spoke to UKSoccer shop who informed me that the socks were now out of stock and they could only offer me a refund or an alternative.

I was very annoyed as I had placed the order with them as I could get the full it. I took the refund and was able to get the the socks elsewhere.

UKSoccershop offered me a discount off of my next order for the disappointment but that only goes some way top fixing the error they made.

UK Soccershop Review – Retro Shirt Delivered Well Within Time

I ordered a retro shirt for my Dads birthday but was very concerned that it may not arrive in time as UKSoccershop quoted up to 28 days for delivery which would have just made it but UKSoccershop got it out well within the time and I actually got the shirt within 2 weeks!

UKSoccershop Review – Great Customer Service

When I placed my order with UKSoccershop I only realised after the order was in that I had ordered the wrong sizes. I quickly contacted the customer service helpdesk to try and get it fixed, however my order had already been picked for dispatch.

Luckily they were able to quickly get in touch with the warehouse and get the sizes changed for me before it left and I received my products in the correct size the following day.

Great Service UKSoccershop!

UK Soccershop Review – Shirt Printing Peeling

I placed an order for an Athletico Madrid home football shirt with Kun Aguero shirt printing but after the first wash the printing started to peel off.

I contacted UKSoccershop customer services and they advised me to return the shirt and they would fix the printing for me.

I returned the shirt and received it repaired within only a few days and so far it has been fine.

I was very disappointed with the shirt when the printing came off but UKSoccershop did all they could to fix the problem quickly for me and their service was great.

UKSoccershop Review – Super Quick Delivery For Retro Shirt

Retro shirts are quoted as taking upto 28 days on the UKSoccershop website and I was really worried that it wouldn’t arrive in time for my Dads birthday. However it arrived within only 10 days which was a great relief.

Th product quality was great and my Dad loved it. I will definitely buy from UKSoccershop again and since they have a large retro shirt selection I think my Dad will be getting a few more presents from here.
