Online football shirt retailer uksoccershop.com have announced they will be launching a brand new website ahead of the 2010–11 football season.

UK Soccer Shop, a leading UK online supplier of authentic football shirts and merchandise was established in 2004 and has undergone numerous facelifts over the years, with the latest set to be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Managing Director Simon Pretswell said: “We have listened carefully to our customers and taken on board their feedback and suggestions as to how we can improve their experience with us.”

“The improvements we are making are two-fold. Firstly, we are adding an extended range of functionality which will make the users shopping experience quicker, smoother and more efficient.”

“Our products will be more accurately categorised and our users will be able to enjoy a new range of filters including product type, product size, colour and much, much more.”

“At a more important level however, we are redesigning certain pages to make information more accessible to customers. Feedback we have received through recent research has brought forward a number of good ideas on how we can help our users understand more information about the process of their order.”

“Customers will now be able to access more in depth information about the progress of their order, as well as submitting support tickets directly from within their account to help them enjoy prompt, accurate feedback from our support team.”

The finishing touches are currently being put on the new look UKSoccershop website, but the company are hopeful of being able to launch ahead of the start of the 2010–11 Premiership season in the middle of August.
